The 2024-2025 Department Oratorical Contest will be:

February 15th 2025 at ODVA

Oregon Department of Veteran Affairs, 700 Summer St. NE Salem, OR, 97301

Contest will begin 10 am

Cutoff date for all District 1st & 2nd place winners information to Oratorical Chair (Carole Bova-Rice 503 551 0596) is:

Oregon American Legion Baseball

2019 A State Tournament was held in Roseburg, Oregon, July 27.
2019 AAA State Tournament was held in Klamath Falls, Oregon, July 27.
Champions of Area 2-4 will have automatic berths to the State Tournament.

Oregon Boys State

Prepares young men in their Junior year of High School
for the challenges of adulthood. Teaches leadership, governance,
and civics in a non-partisan manner.

The Boy Scouts of America

The American Legion’s support for Boy Scouts of America
began at the Legion’s first national convention in 1919. Today, Legion Posts
sponsor more than 2,500 Scouting units across the country.

LAW ENFORCEMENT
CAREER CAMP

Law Enforcement Career Camp Application

The Law Enforcement Career Camp is a multi-disciplinary camp
to expose students to very various aspects of law enforcement .
This 6 day camp is located on the Oregon State Police Academy grounds.

meet in over 2,000 chapters in every domestic department
and in at least three foreign countries.
